Fearing's at The Ritz-Carlton Dallas

Editorial Review

Dean Fearing is a local legend. Before the celebrity chef craze hit the rest of the world, he was a local celebrity in his own right. After years of making mouths happy at The Mansion at Turtle Creek, the nices guy in the business got his own namesake restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton. The incredibly creative cuisine is not typical hotel restaurant fare. This is food made with so much care that fearing himself stops by just about every table to make sure you've been properly greeted and everything tastes as good as it looks.
