Located on the second-floor veranda, where bamboo window shades block the sun and add cabana glamour to the mood. Moveable ottomans accomodate the pretty-people happy-hour set. They flock for fruity cocktails, gourmet nibbles, and a lascivious wink from a stranger. The Nouveau American menu borrows favorably from Spain, with a paella for two. The wine list is a jackpot, but many of the reasonably priced bottles only come as half bottles. What a waste.
