Bamboo window shades block the sun on the second-floor veranda. Ottomans augment the cabana feel. The pretty people feel right at home. Exotic cocktails and gourmet nibbles have attracted them. So has the nouveau international menu. It borrows favorably from Spain, with a paella for two. The wine list is a jackpot. But many of the reasonably priced bottles only come as half-bottles. So buy another. Your pockets run deep.
