Literally sitting on top of one another, surrounded by bars open until 4am, it's no wonder these late-night cheapos do brisk business; they serve a vital purpose. But beware: Get your food and get out before all the clubbers stumble in from area watering holes. It's hot and noisy with people who may barf on you without notice. If you're not feeling tacos or hot dogs, there's also a pizza stand right in front.
