Uh, worst name for a restaurant ever? Okay, cut 'em some slack, they were an 18-seat shack on Prince Edward Island not so long ago. Keeps to the original formula: some 23 mussel preparations that run from Preparations flit from Thai (lemongrass and curry) to Mexican (chipotle and chorizo) to Mediterranean (olives, fennel, oregano, and shrimp). Clean, butter-yellow space, with raw bar manned by Canadian oyster-shucking champ John Bil. Oyster-shucking champ? Not really a hell of a lot going on up there, is there?
