People in the know call it Flips. There are a couple satellite versions around town, but the real deal is en route to Zilker Park. The inside-out upstairs is for macchiatos, pie, and musicians' outpourings. Downstairs is a clothing shop that lays claim to the "hippest threads in Austin."
