Editorial Review

Solid neighborhood spot with aspirations of grandeur. Handsome, golden, and aglow with polished woods and Pac Heights gilded youth. East Coast old money with subtle accents, as in cashmere crewnecks with Joe’s Jeans and Hermès loafers. Tarragon-fueled béarnaise good enough to drink, but $42 for roast chicken and fries seems a bit dear. The pan roasted petrale sole and a dry riesling for me, mummy.
