Red means you are content with the food on your plate, green means that ninja servers will appear out of nowhere to swarm your table offering you 15 succulent different choice cuts of fire-roasted goodness. Most all-you-can-eat venues stress quantitiy over quality, not at Fogo de Chao, here you get it all, with your green card.
