If you sent Aldo Vitale to Iron Chef he would kick Bobby Flay's ass. It may be a cliche' but dammit everything Aldo has done here conspires to create the perfect dining experience. Visual titilating decor, intuitive servers and truly stupendous gastronomical delights that have been known to literally cause spontaneous combustion of orgasmic proportions.
