Editorial Review

Legend has it Folklore was opened to sop up the over spill of Southport's Tango Sur, the famous Argenitine BYOB steak house that has a Friday night wait list longer than Willis Tower's shadow. But where Tango Sur has you eating your Latin American steaks in the dark under black and white photos and stopping for a bottle of wine first, Folklore is bright and bare, rustic with exposed brick and iron chandeliers, and includes grass-fed and organic beef options, which you know, is kinda better for you. Plus there's a full bar at this one, which you know, means you'll get there sooner to put your name in.
