This farm to table eatery eschewed downtown for a northside neighborhood location. The menu is ever-changing, but always expect some exotic game. The gruyere popover appetizers can't come fast enough after waiting for one of only a select few seats. No-frills modernism accentuates the chefs studiously preparing meals at the open-kitchen bar. Their attention to detail is a byproduct of their boss. An Alain Ducasse disciple.
