As H&M's cheaper, American-born counterpart, this mall fixture is both a tween favorite and a hotspot for bargain-hungry fashionistas. The selection is certainly hit or miss. But sifting through the overwhelming mass of patterned sundresses and printed blouses is all worth it when you find that $38 cocktail dress that can almost pass for D&G.
