Fountainhead

Editorial Review

Whiskey bar aims to bring in casual customer seeking an uncomplicated hangout, but with over 150 choices of single-barrel whiskey and an asymmetrical Belgian design with mahogany woodwork, there's gonna be some head scratching. Mussels soaked in Belgian ale, pork belly sandwich braised in ale, duck confit mac and cheese (yes, aled up). If you're lucky, you'll snag a table in the charming little alcove tucked in deep at one end.
