Two Frankies finally bring it to Manhattan. Outpost of the beloved Carroll Gardens (that's in Brooklyn, which is over to the east) fave. Old-fashioned interior with tin-ceilinged charm. Pork, bloody vino, and sandwiches made out of two slices of Sullivan St. Bakery's white pizza. Makes some non-Tony Soprano food as well, including good selection of super-fresh roasted veggies, so you don't end up looking like the late Bobby Bacala. Additional Brooklyn export Cafe Pedlar now filling the annex.
