The Fred Segal shopping experience is exactly what you'd expect for an LA infamous shopping boutique. Fame has totally gone to its head. The sales people are way too cool for school and completely absorbed in being hip and trendy. They stand around and gossip creating a stage for a scene in "Heathers". It's the ultimate LA shopping experience, be ignored and fumble around the boutique by yourself unless you are a "Heather."
