Another gay bar on the busy “Fruit Loop” block, Free Zone is youngerand rowdier than most of its neighbors. No décor to speak of, but the anything-goesatmosphere, loud music, and strong drinks keep the crowds coming and also attractcustomers from the nearby straight bars. Busy schedule offers ladies’ Tuesdays, go-goboy Thursdays, weekend drag shows, and daily beer busts.
