The Californian, stucco and beam restaurant, Gaston et Gastounette, won’t bore your over-seafood fed palette. Their key to relighting the fire is an exciting and exotic array of fish such as skate and monkfish, a Miso-inspired Bouillabaisse and a respect for Alpine seasonings and Mediterranean produce.
