The Bowery Hotel's resident casually sophisto Italian ristorante. See, there's this new hotel on the Bowery that costs a bit more than $20/night, and though the clientele may not look much different from Salv Arm junkies of yore, these folks smell better and require a wood-burning oven. Organic meats, crudi and crostini, squid ink linguine with baby octopus. Dark and sexy design by Freemans’ Taavo plus no reservations policy equals bring patience.
