A strong proponent of seasonal, locally sourced ingedients, surfer-turned-chef Foshee takes his kitchen magic seriously, and has the awards and accolades to show for it. Fish tacos that aren't what you think, braised lamb shanks with butternut squash risotto, Loch Duart salmon with truffle glazed celeryroot and mataki mushrooms, or vegetatian options such as slow roasted carrot with curried apple puree, glazed turnips, and toasted buckwheat all showcase Californian creativity.  Sunset and starlight show off the Pacific Ocean views.
