Park City » Restaurant » Kimball Junction » Italian
Off the beaten (tourist) path a little bit, but worth the travel, Ghidottis is dressed up old-school Ital in a cozy, large dining room. Marble floors, crystal chandeliers, but strangely for an Italian place, kind of looks like a Newport Beach living room. Go for the heavy meat dishes, but be warned: they get slightly sauced to death. Huge wine selection, overly attentive service, but a pretty docile crowd; Sundance imports should expect to get away from the insanity here, not to become part of it.
