This is where the city of big shoulders eats big. Skip the appetizers for their giant 24-oz. porterhouse steaks (you pick the cut yourself from a tableside selection), fishbowl martinis and gut-punishing desserts. The diners are primarily in their 40s, and represent an array of starry-eyed out-of-towners and seasoned power Chicagoans.
