Formerly Banq, this new ode to oriental moderne offers creative flourishes on everyone's favorite cuisine (you know it's true). Northern Thai Sausage lettuce & herb wraps, Dolsit Bi-Bim-Bap twice cooked pork belly, and tea-smoked duck are standouts, which is some achievement in a menu as diverse as this. No big plates here, some come with a small group and pass around dumplings, green papaya salad, and sips of soup, or the exotic tamarind margaritas.
