This legendary white truck-cum-shrimp-stand goes far past locals in its culinary reach: the charms of Giovanni's has been pulling the crowds in—yes, tourists, too—as long as it's been parked. Think tents, picnic tables, paper plates, and whatever else you need (answer: nothing, 'cept maybe some sunscreen and cash, as—respectively—you burn easily and they don't take plastic).
