An airy pocket of luxurious civility in the hurricane of air travel, Globe's massive windows onto the tarmac combined with textbook people watching perfectly soothe both amped and jet lagged spirits. Double-sided fireplaces divide Jetside bar and chic dining room, but dress throughout is tidy casual, serving all meals (or nibbly tapas, if your appetite got delayed). Classic, largely localtarian food and wine, sparkling with seasonal playfulness, although bison tenderloin and ahi tuna are year-round faves.
