Sao Paulo fashion designers Fabia Bercsek and Rita Wainer were called in to style up the place, which attracts a massive gay scene that loves electro, especially when Bercsek's and Wainer's internationally revered colleague Alexandre Herchcovitch mans the wheels of steel in front of a full wall of mirrors that gets steamed up after 1 a.m. Couples making out annoyingly crowd the outdoor balcony with its own bar, which, if you can get by them, gives a Heaven's view of the line snaking down the block. Second floor is reserved for VIPs but is no respite from the heat. Arrive early but know the night's theme. Dress, baby, to impress.
