Sure, she’s part of the chain gang, but it’s a local one and there’s a reason why there are so many clones all packed with people. The menu is your average Tex-Mex but with a unique sprinkling of Salvadorian flavor to set it apart. These are Gloria’s personal recipes (think papusas and plantains).
