A prime example of “old Vegas” at its finest, the Golden Steer was a favored hangout for the Rat Pack—and the same waiter who served them may well be serving you. Velvet wallpaper and landscape prints make a fitting backdrop for traditional steakhouse fare. Caesar salads and bananas Foster are made tableside with plenty of showmanship.
