American in feel and flavor, the vibe is expansive yet clubby, thanks to intimate nooks, private rooms and a grand, serpentine staircase. The palette is based on the darkest wood and Pavlovian touches of flaming orange, and when your divinely cooked cut of meat arrives, your palate will be similarly decorated. Steak's the boss, but mountains of a la carte sides and a dazzling booze list from adjoining cocktail/piano bar are an expense account's best friend (or worst nightmare).
