Grahamwich

Editorial Review

Notoriously playful chef Graham Elliot Bowles (Graham Elliot, Lollapalooza) gives us an addendum to his original, self-titled restaurant with this sandwich outpost. The space is minimal but the message is loud and clear: surprisingly affordable sammies, the likes of which you'll be hard pressed to find elsewhere. Grilled cheese with cheese curds and shaved prosciutto, beef shortrib with watercress or pork shoulder with pickled mango are just a few of the choices. And because he's Graham Elliot, there's also soft serve with Pop Rocks or Corn Nuts.
