Oh, you are sooooo cool with your rustic cowboy decor, Daisy Duke waitresses, mini bison burgers, raw bar and 30 wines by the glass. No really, you are. An ode to the wild west from a couple of young turks who just know how to do everything right. The same fellas behind the best terrace in town, Les Eclusiers, have nailed it here. Hard. Lose the chaps, lassoo a pinot and sally up to the bar for some oysters. Leave enough room for the heaps of meat and seafood riding into town on wooden slabs. Yee haw!
