Grass Restaurant & Lounge

Editorial Review

Reopened and re-styled, Grass still has the whole green-themed, bungalows-in-the-cityfeel, and a revamped menu, courtesy of Chef Michael B. Jacobs (formerly of Tantra, on the Beach). There's a swingin' nightlife scene, but dig the food: pomegranate and ginger poached shrimp; "Half Moon Duck" in a hoisin/ponzu glaze; supremely fresh fish catches like the Florida grouper; and a salt stone-seared Japanese Grade 5 Kobe-Wagyu beef loin (that'll only set you back a mere $81).
