The cheapest room in this joint's around $695 a night, which probably means that folks who can afford such things have already bought their own condo unit. A private beach club is included. And if you thought the NY branch's rooftop pool swung hot and hip, wait till you get a load of the dynamite they're packing into the oceanfront of this 1926 landmark.

Sexy, sexy, sexy! I have stayed at a lot of South Beach hotels, including Mondrian, Shore Club, Sagamore...I always like to switch it up. After staying at Gansevoort south, I don't think we will be switching it up anymore. We found ourselves a home away from home. First of all, The David Barton Gym is amazing, The staff is great, super accommodating. The rooms are spacious, clean, and chic. They have 3 pools, we only went to plunge and the main pool on the 3rd floor. Both were a good time. The drinks are great, as well. Def try this place if you haven't been yet, I guarantee you will be back for seconds, thirds, and so on. You're welcome!
