If the cuisine was even half as memorable as the decor in this glimmering tribute to all things steak, it would be a success story. But chefs Daniel Lovenstierne, Frederick Kruger, and Christian Hellberg aim for international acclaim with an upscale menu of salads, soups, seafood, and amazing steaks, impressing discerning locals and high-flying gourmands alike. Masterful meat - Nebraska ribeye, Texas top blade, Scottish Highland, Chilean Wagyu - comes from all over, but the sensibilities are entirely Scandinavian. Expect sublime bites, peerless service, and an experience to remember.
