But chefs Daniel Lovenstierne, Frederick Kruger, and Christian Hellberg aim for international acclaim with an upscale menu of salads, soups, seafood, and amazing steaks, impressing discerning locals and high-flying gourmands alike. Masterful meat - Nebraska ribeye, Texas top blade, Scottish Highland, Chilean Wagyu - comes from all over, but the sensibilities are entirely Scandinavian. Expect sublime bites, peerless service, and an experience to remember.
