Editorial Review

Low-key neighborhood restaurant and a favorite in the Nicaraguan community. Churrasco and other grilled meats, brisket and cassava stew, chorizo with shredded cabbage. All with gallo pinto (rice cooked with red beans). The green stuff on your table that looks like pesto is actually chimichurrri, a parsley/garlic/olive oil concoction that tops most meats.
