Ostentatious, ambitious, and impervious to bad weather and hard times, Arkady Novikov is about as Russian as it gets. His latest VIP-restaurant-and-lounge-housed-in-a-19th-century-mansion is already filled to the brim with lanky blondes named Irina pouting and posing. Cigar lounge, private rooms, music, billiards, dancing, dj's, fabulous parties with fabulous people...what just happened here? We only learned about Gusyatnikoff this morning and already half of Moscow has dined here.
