Trousdale duo Darren Dzienciol and Guy Starkman breathe life into the former Guys & Dolls space with this New York-style lounge. While The Beverly will likely maintain the cozy vibe that initially drew the models & bottles set to Guys & Dolls, expect a bit of a more industrial vibe at Dzienciol and Starkman’s new venture. Think exposed Edison light bulbs, cast iron piping, brown distressed leathers and reclaimed wood, overseen by Built Inc’s John Sofio (Trousdale, Magnolia). The Beverly has a private event booked May 12th and will likely debut to the public soon after.
