stunningly located on a 7 hectare coastal farm, Hacienda Na Xamena is not for townies or anyone who has to be constantly on their blackberry or laptop - forget it. This slightly run down farmhouse was built in the heart of a nature reserve in a dense Mediterranean pine wood. The area is one of the last unspoiled ecological environments left in Europe, and is  home to some exceptionally rare flora and fauna. This is not your average 5 star experience with stunning architecture, decoration, staff, service and leisure activities tailored to your every whim with no demand too much trouble for the mildly eccentric well-healed owners.Take a dip in the nearby streams and waterfalls which are amazingly regenerative .
