A tiny dosa shop by the beach that started as a chutney company began by a husband and wife who met on a retreat to India and spawned two Manhattan locations might sound a little too "Bollywood Ending." Or maybe like the sequel to "Eat, Pray, Love." But sit outside in Amagansett Square listening to the wind chimes hanging from the roof and just go with it. Traditional and more creative dosas are the specialty along with a few other snacks and, of course, chutney.
