This steakhouse-style restaurant seems to rep a new beginning for a new town: Rancho Santa Margarita acheived cityhood, so they might as well have an expensive restaurant to go along with it. Big steaks, sides veggies come calorically infused, every dessert item happily heart-attacky. Good date place, if the skrilla's there.
