Hapa is at the head of a new class of Park City restaurants that cater to younger, thriftier, foodier locals than previous generations. Fast, fresh, clean in both experience and design, these restaurants are the equivalent of Whole Foods culture. Small plate specialities like ocean-fresh poki tuna, plus 30 more options. New-era good eats, old mountain home.
