The Springs in East Hampton has never been short on old-school, casual and family-friendly burger-and-beer joints. Newcomer Harbor Grill (from the family and chef who run Harbor Bistro) should fit right in. Menu features five burgers, grill items such as Yo Mama's Meatloaf and apps from mussels to gravy cheese fries and wings. 80 seats are spread out over two dining rooms, and there's a 12-seat bar that's sure to be a popular dine-in spot. Root beer and birch beer on tap and ice cream keep the kids happy. Expect the place place to wear in like your favorite pair of Topsiders.
