The Hard Rock Cafe's newest flagship is a state-of-the-art, three-level complex on the Las Vegas Strip. The restaurant end has tables with interactive touch screens that let you see what memorabilia is on hand and where to find it. The top level has a performance space with a view and good sightlines and acoustics. Too bad the food's still your basic mediocre theme resto fare.
