Harry Denton’s Starlight Room

Editorial Review

The setting: crushed-velvet booths on the 21st floor of the Sir Francis Drake Hotel. The crowd: Botoxed bleached blonds wearing leftover prom dresses and escorted by black-tie bucks. Portraits of stars in cheap gold frames, stars in your drink lovingly served by a playmate, stars all around you as you gaze out the penthouse windows. They don't care how much your jeans cost; no casual wear allowed.
