They like their plates big in Las Vegas, but the portions at Hash House a Go Go are downright daunting: Pancakes as big as 18-wheeler hubcaps, skateboard-sized slabs of meatloaf, bucketfuls of pot pie. Especially popular at breakfast, when a variety of diners fill the airy rustic-industrial space for family celebrations and post-hangover brunches.
