“You only live once, but if you dine well, once is all you need.” So goes the trademarked slogan from this Morganistar Beach Resort fave. While we wouldn't take that quite literally, the delish dishes are Latin America accented by the spices and sauces from the Pacific Rim with sexy offerings like the Ancho Chile Espresso Filet and the Yuzu-Champagne Caribbean Lobster. If alky's your thing, then there's 8 different Mojitos all made with fresh fruit purees and juices and house infused vodkas like pineapple papaya and spicy jalapeno. The Blue Bar also features over 100 hand-selected wines plus exclusive cigars. The soundtrack and decor is supes, with ambient beats complimenting the space age blue lighting and the wall of water at the entrance. Centurion cardholders: reserve a table for two on the beach; the cost is steep but it feels sooo good.
