Havana Harry's goes one better with white tablecloths and elegant tropical decor. There are some Nuevo Latino touches, but for the most part it's the freshest, cleanest Cuban food in town. Maybe the best black beans in the city, but that depends on your taste. Plantains stuffed with ground beef or seafood. Dulce de leche cheesecake.
