This Pasadena gastropub aims to keep things interesting with a bold menu that runs the gamut from goose pastrami sandwiches to whole roasted suckling pig. The chic industrialized space features exposed beams and lots of copper, all ensuring that the focus is on the food, and of course, drinks. There are 52 beers on tap, eight wines on tap, and then there are cocktails like the Revolver with whiskey, cherry vanilla and a smoking ice cube. Where to start?
