Super slick and sleek modern Chinese eatery from Charles Phan (of beloved Slanted Door) tucked in neatly next to the SF Federal building on the SOMA gentrification frontier. Emphasis is on small, shareable plates; braised pork belly in doughy little buns and spicy green beans are highlights. Tasty, if unspectacular flavors, but same quality Chinese can be scored on Clement St. for half the price…Pisco Apricot Tropical cocktail shines.
