Sister to the popular gastropub The Gage, this neighboring restaurant focuses more on French-American cuisine. Named after the building's architect, Louis Henri Sullivan, this 65-seat white-tablecloth dining room channels a European salon, with its lavish upholstery and elegant table settings. Expect contemporary takes on dishes like rabbit agnolotti and expertly-cooked steaks, all made with locally-sourced ingredients. Mixologist Clint Rogers oversees the two-part (classics and grape-based) cocktail list, and note that all wines served are biodynamic. Like all sisters, there will be a little unspoken competition here.
