LA, as a whole, loves fancy pubs. Kick back, watch some sports, eat some comfort food -- just like mom makes it. That is, if mom serves Niman Ranch meat and Humboldt Fog cheese. Surroundings are certainly not fancy, but the TVs are huge. Beer drinkers rejoice, for even sports bars are going upscale with the cocktails. Berries and herbs mixed with vodka or tequila.
