Hotel drinks are seldom cheap,  but even if you nurse a single while snacking on complimentary Japanese crackers, you'll make fast friends at the bar here. While the drop-dead setting doesn't hurt, Herons' selling point is cocktail rockstars like Frank, whose devotion to the subtleties of flavor means even his spontaneous creations are worthy of a refill. Try a signature concoction made with honey from the hotel's on-site beehives - Vancouver lounge life doesn't get much sweeter.
